Try searching first by category. If that returns too long a list, narrow the search
by also entering a word or phrase in one or more of the other fields; then run the search again. For example,
you might select the "Computer equipment" category and enter "monitor" (without the quotation marks) or a brand name
in either the Item Name or Description fields. Leave all fields blank to view all records.
