Find the status of a 311 service request

You can get information about your 311 request by entering the Case ID you received when you filed the request.

If you do not have your case number, you can find all open service requests and their status from the map. You can also email 3-1-1.Call.Center@kcmo.org with the subject line: Lookup Case Number. Please make sure to provide the contact information of the requestor and the service request description and location so that your case number can be located.
